The design balances modern minimalism with cozy, neighborly charm. Natural textures, sage green accents, and light, airy details create an atmosphere that feels just as inviting for adults as it is fun and safe for children.

hi! i'm nicole.
I’m Nicole Batiste, a marketing and operations leader with over 20 years of experience helping organizations grow through strategic community building, operational excellence, and thoughtful storytelling. My career has spanned corporate marketing, health tech, and mission-driven entrepreneurship.
I previously owned an event planning company that specialized in creating unforgettable experiences, and I still love hosting gatherings of all kinds. Creating spaces where people feel welcome, connected, and cared for has always been one of my greatest joys.
Beyond my professional background, I’m a mom of two and an active community volunteer, from supporting my children’s school to leading my daughter’s Girl Scout troop. nest & nook is a natural extension of this personal journey — a space designed to support caregivers and families while fostering connection and community.
